Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Not damaged or altered

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Digital products and downloadable content

  • Educational materials that have been accessed or used

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

For hygiene and quality reasons, some training or personal-use products may also be non-returnable once opened.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.

We will make it right.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or shipped incorrectly.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
