Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note: during product launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or local postal services.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs authority.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
